(Having watched your presentation I discover that I am a lurker! Am now even more worried about posting!!) Thank you for this really interesting post- CPD is a big topic in the FE (Further Education) Sector in the UK at the moment, and a key area I am discussing with my personal tutor as well as my trainee teachers. I am really new to the whole concept of PLN, so thanks for setting it all out so clearly (great pics). Will be recommending this link to trainees and my colleagues in the staffroom.</description>

		<description>Very interesting (if a little difficult to hear at times on my laptop - always a problem I have with Vimeo for some reason).  I see that many years at the chalkface has left you a dab hand at drawing - very impressive.  
One of the most valuable aspects I&#039;ve found of developing a PLN is how well it delineates the parameters of my ignorance - a little too well at times.  Your own talk here is an example of that, so thanks for filling in some of the gaps.</description>
